Guided Practices are semi-private sessions designed to give you personal attention in a small, supportive setting.

 

Each session may include:

 

Hands-on assists

Trigger point therapy

Personalized adjustments

Yoga, qigong, breathwork, and mindful movement

Support for stress relief, mobility, recovery, and self-care

 

These sessions are ideal for anyone who wants to take care of their body consistently but may not be able to invest in regular one-on-one bodywork or private instruction.

Guided Practice: Reset

Nervous System • Stress Relief • Mental Clarity

 

Reset is designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and release built-up tension. This session may include gentle movement, qigong, breathwork, meditation, and hands-on bodywork to help your body settle and your mind slow down.

  • Feeling overwhelmed

Guided Practice: Build

Strength • Mobility • Stability

 

Build focuses on improving how your body moves. This session blends yoga, mobility work, functional movement, and personalized instruction to support strength, flexibility, posture, and long-term movement health.

 

Best for:

 

  • Tight muscles

  • Poor posture

  • Limited mobility

  • Strength and balance

  • Injury prevention

Guided Practice: Restore

Recovery • Self-Care • Deep Release

 

Restore is designed for physical recovery and self-care. This session may include restorative movement, assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, and bodywork techniques to relieve soreness, tension, and fatigue.

 

Best for:

 

  • Muscle soreness

  • Chronic tension

  • Physical recovery

  • Pain relief

  • Deep self-care

Why Semi-Private?

 

Private sessions offer the most individualized care, but they are not always accessible for everyone. Guided Practices bridge the gap between a regular group class and a private session.

 

You still receive personal attention, hands-on support, and direction specific to your body—while sharing the experience with only a few others.
