Please feel free to join these low cost classes that happen every week. Some classes are online only or in person only, while others you have a choice of being online or in person.

Class descriptions:
Yoga - movement based yoga that is both challenging and educational. Most classes are a mix of releasing movement patterns or holding poses, education on form and use of poses, and practice for harder to accomplish poses and movements. All levels are welcome to these classes with the intention of building a strong personal practice.
Qigong - movement that is intentional. During Qigong, we use standing postures and movements that break away blockages in the body due to stress on the mind and/or body. Known for its use in creating a moving meditative state of mind, it is deeply relaxing and relieving of stress. The point of qigong is to improve and increase the longevity of our life. Qigong is good for everyone. You'll learn how to properly move you body with less tension, find a flow state of being, reduce stress, improve your health, and much more.
Meditation - movement for the mind. During these guided meditations, you'll have a chance of improving your mental awareness, focus, and intentions. Each class can be unique in itself from others using various techniques to guide your through each session. Benefits can include better mental clarity, improved health, balanced energy system, improved focus, and better outlook and awareness on personal life.
Sound Healing Meditation - hour long sessions that utilize healing sounds of instruments (crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, gong, drums, chimes, etc) to help fall into a deep state of relaxation and stress release. During the hour you will be guided into a state of focus as well as given time to escape into that focus with the sounds of the instruments. This is not your typical sound healing sessions, you will be seated versus laying so that you can stay in focus and build a better practice.
